Today is the day for the kids to gather their materials and get ready for Wednesday's Field Day! As part of that, please have them locate their red class T-shirt. I'm hoping they'll show that they are READYYYYY by taking a picture with a sign or signal that shows that they are ready for Field Day. Any pics I receive by 1:00 pm today, I'll use to create a collage to send to Mrs. Winchell to let her know the Detecting Donuts are READYYYY!
In today's 10:00 Zoom we will be reading parts of the Scholastic News that I posted. Students should also bring their LEGOS if they have them. No Legos? No problem. Come with any blocks or building materials that you may have. When I asked last week what might be some activities they'd like to do together during this last week, LEGOS was a popular response. We'll use them to do a "Following Directions" challenge and see what designs emerge. Will we all have the same design? Will it be different? We will see! Tomorrow, is our Read-A-Thon Day. We will have a ZOOM with Mrs. Charles and the town librarian Mrs. Ballou at 9:30. Our ZOOM time will be at 12:45 that day. For our ZOOM time, Children should have their books ready for reading and we'll spend 15 minutes sharing what books we are planning on reading. We'll sign off at 1:00 to participate in the READ-A-THON. I'll send Zoom information for both events via e-mail today. Our guidance counselor has a message for our students. www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5VhXPcLuks&feature=youtu.be Comments are closed.
